- **Pricing Details**: Assisi Inventory is licensed per user: $6,000 per user, plus $2,500 per user per year for maintenance. Full pricing is published on the Assisi website.

Access options, chosen independently of the product:
Full - a named user tied to one specific desktop. A license file is installed on first run; no log-in required. Best for office users on their own dedicated PC.
User - a named user, not tied to a machine. Roams across any desktop in the domain, including cloud-hosted desktops. Log in / log off required.

Run options:
Installed on a Windows desktop, hosted by us on our own cloud and reached through a browser or a desktop client, or published from your own Citrix or remote-desktop infrastructure. Cloud hosting is $1,500 per user per year in addition to the license.

Platform:
Desktop - included at no additional cost. Single-user database: one user processes a given database at a time. This is the default for all Assisi installations.
Assisi Enterprise - $25,000 plus $10,000 per year, priced per company rather than per user. One Enterprise license covers every Assisi product and user in the company. It adds a multi-user database with per-user locking, Inventory Operations for planning and tracking on-the-ground activities such as harvest, mapping, custom reports, and C\# scripting and add-ins, and it is what enables the AI assistance and API access referenced in this listing.
