Will be at least double the recommend rating if the company and its agents treated clients with respect and cared enough to realise that by the time they are phoned the situation may be pressing. How can an agent of a service provider not be able to phone a client back? This also proves that the company and its agents will not make follow calls to confirm that the client came right and/or if they are satisfied and the query can be closed. Recommendation will further go up if the company provided an easy fix for the "hanging log-in" situation mentioned in the review rather than telling the client to get more UPSs.
