> **Cons**: I cannot think of any cons at this point. The only problem I have is with GuideMobile. but I think it is more of an issue with our IS/IT department than COGEP.

> As a Planner using GuideTi for more than 20 years, I like all the updates that we have had since I began. Making this software more user friendly helps everyone do their jobs more efficiently. I have used other maintenance software in the past and nothing has the capability like GuideTi does.

1.- Normal service is fast an effective for simple problems.
2.- Service for complex request is managed by tickets as normal IT company, and most of the times depend on the availability of the supporter, It lead to long time answer while user is struggling with the problem; Need to take in account that we are operating in daily basis and depending a lot of the system that should be working properly.
3.- For urgent situations it is impossible to communicate by phone, always  answering machines; direct contact person assigned is just available as per scheduled meeting, but not for unexpected cases or emergencies.

> **Pros**: Too many pros to list all of them, but as a maintenance and reliability engineer working on optimizing fleet performance and maintenance efficiency, here are a few:- Extremely powerful planning and scheduling tool to set effective and efficient maintenance plans.- Ability to easily track work order cost, delays and failure modes to perform reliability analyses.- Ability to define detailed preventive maintenance programs.- Extensive customization features to essentially fit any organization's needs and business processes.- Very user friendly layout making it easy to navigate through different modules.

> **Cons**: Guide TI's customizability is very extensive, and it can certainly get complex. However, they have a team of dedicated specialists to help you get through this set up, and very worth it in the end.

Guide TI makes physical asset management a breeze and has more features that you can imagine - if you need it, they likely have it\!
