> **Pros**: This is a complete package for managing all of the accounting for a Real Estate agency. It makes managing the Real Estate Trust accounts and Commission accounts very easy and it doesn't require an add on program to handle bookkeeping needs. Once the accounts are set up, figuring commissions and payouts is quick and accurate. Customer support helps with set up and is available to answer specific questions as they arise. The program also integrates with the local MLS to help with listing and transaction entry. It helps to keep track of and coordinate closings, manages earnest money and helps with audits, and handles agent billing and commission payments.
