Adobe Creative Cloud Reviews for Indian Users
Alternatives Considered:
Expensive but worth it
Pros:
It's a complete solution for all design-related requirements. prom photos to videos and from pixel-based graphics to vector-based graphics. there is something for everyone to use.
Cons:
the price is high. All the features and benefits are going to be much much better if the price was slightly lower.
Alternatives Considered:
The standard, but the gap is closing.
Pros:
Having used Adobe CC ever since its inception, it's still the standard across the board. It runs well on MacOS, is mostly reliable and each app inside it plays well with others.
Cons:
Pricey subscription model, average customer service and Adobe are prone to taking away important features at will, or changing all the shortcuts you ever knew and messing them up in the next release. Its hard to suggest that Adobe are customer-focussed.
Worth the annual subscription
Pros:
There are many features I use almost daily for design and administrative work. Adobe fonts is a great tool to find the font desired. Adobe Acrobat is great for e-signatures and agreements. Adobe Illustrator is what I use the most often. The best feature for the whole cloud is that there are regular updates to all of the products.
Cons:
There are times when the cloud unexpectedly signs out. This causes the fonts downloaded through the cloud to stop functioning, and you need to re-link the fonts again for the whole project.
Non Existing Support - Creative Cloud
Pros:
worked for 8 years without problem but yesterday I had a big disappointment.
Cons:
For the fist time yesterday I had an issue, with the signature function. I contacted Adobes support chat and they support guy told me there was relationship problem between the Adobe Apps and that I had to clean the isssus away. He then proceeded to send me one long step-by-step instruction and one web page that was at least 5 pages long and told me I had to follow the instructions. I told him I needed help with the instructions but his response was that no help would be provided. I canceled my subscription the same day. Non-existing support should never be accepted by a long time client.
Invaluable Resource
Comments: It is absolutely useful, I can use it on all my devices and find invaluable resources.
Pros:
Effective, totally user-friendly and practical.
Cons:
So far I I have found only fUntastic features.
The Gold Standard!
Comments: I've, overall, been using ACC for 10+ years and it's been absolutely essential in building my business and in the services we offer.
Pros:
It's the gold standard in the design industry. I trust it.
Cons:
It's expensive, and the collaborative tools on it are lacking, in my experience and opinion.
Powerful tool for creative tasks.
Comments: It has allowed me to elevate my design skills and produce professional-quality work across various mediums, from graphic design and photography to video editing and animation.
Pros:
Adobe constantly updates its apps with new features and improvements, ensuring that I always have access to the latest creative tools and technologies.
Cons:
I experience performance issues or crashes, especially when working with large files or complex projects.
Adobe Creative Cloud
Pros:
I like how Adobe Creative Cloud gives you access to all of Adobe's creative apps. It's great value for money, and it means I always have the latest versions of the software.
Cons:
I honestly can't think of any downsides to Adobe Creative Cloud. It's an essential tool for any creative professional.
Somewhat disappointed
Comments: The software are great for creatives but the new policies and subscription model has ruined the experience.
Pros:
Substance 3D softwares and tools are powerful and useful.
Cons:
The subscription model and implementation of AI policy.
Adobe Cloud
Comments: Overall, Adobe Creative Cloud is worth the hype and is a nice way for you to edit and save documents.
Pros:
Adobe Creative Cloud is a nice feature to quickly edit your products.
Cons:
Adobe Creative Cloud could be improved by being a little more cost effective.
Adobe Creative Cloud, Essential Tools for the Creative User
Comments: I’ve been using the setting tools in Creative Cloud since before their inception and Creative Cloud and I find them to be powerful and indispensable.
Pros:
Creative Cloud brings together a powerful and essential set of creative tools under one software bundle that works seamlessly and helps creatives get their job done.
Cons:
Learning to use creative close is not easy but it is necessary for the creative mind.
Good Product, will continue to use.
Comments: From the first time I started the program it has always been running in the background doing what it does best, it’s backing files up, updating apps, and a bunch of other good stuff.
Pros:
I really enjoyed the ease of use, and very sleek interface.
Cons:
I don’t really know if there is anything that I didn’t particularly like about the software.
Creating a convenient path for creatives
Comments: Overall experience is great. I hope the prices can be reduced for long term subscribers.
Pros:
I like the vast amount of software that is easy to access and much needed in the design industry.
Cons:
I do not like the subscription fees as I think they should implement the one time fee structure thatwas very affordable.
Undeniably still an industry leader.
Pros:
Creative cloud is still the back-bone of design. To get the most broad spectrum of features for creating, editing or exporting. Creative Cloud remains the best option out there.
Cons:
Compared to platforms such as Figma, Adobe can be overcomplex and more difficult in collaborating on a faster scale.
We Love Adobe CC
Comments: AAA I love using Adobe CC. It’s used for most any creative project.
Pros:
Ease of use from any PC. Ability to pick up and continue work from most any device at work or home
Cons:
The sheer amount of bandwidth required is extreme in my opinion.
Very nice and complete but a bit expensive
Comments: Overall I am happy, but I find it a very expensive option. I think there must be other programs on the market that do the same thing and are cheaper. If I want to use just one application, I don't need to pay for all the cloud applications, but it is more expensive to use just one than to have everything. I would like to have an easy and simple option to use only one or (maximum 2) and not have to pay the full price.
Pros:
It's all in one place, you can update the different versions from one place. That makes things easier.
Cons:
What is an advantage becomes a disadvantage, as everything is concentrated in the adobe cloud, and starting from the same hub with the different applications, when you have to make an update it takes too long and does not work well until you update an application you can not open or do anything with the other. I think it may also have to do with the version of my computer, memory ,processor, etc..
Exploring Adobe Creative Cloud
Comments: Using Adobe Creative Cloud has greatly improved my photo editing skills. With powerful tools like Photoshop and Lightroom, I've achieved professional-quality results. While there's a learning curve, the all-in-one platform streamlines my workflow. Regular updates keep my work fresh, but the subscription cost and occasional customer support issues can be drawbacks. Nonetheless, Creative Cloud remains essential for my creative projects.
Pros:
All in one tools. Regular update Cloud storage Accessible anywhere
Cons:
Costly Subscription High system Requirements Customer Support is most difficult Internet Dependence:
Scamming customers to pay monthly fees
Comments: I purchased a software cs6 disc 8 years ago. It's been working for 8 years. Now I get a pop up that it will be disabled unless I upgrade. This company is a scam. I have been in contact with them 7 times to resolve this issue. It has now become a form of harassment. Their customer support people are ignorant. Then they send you to self help. Not only have they wasted much of my time, but my websites and pictures are at stake. They are investigating non genuine software and using honest people to investigate. If you have this problem I suggest you contact the federal trade commission as they are fraudulent and trying to increase revenue illegally but threatening to disable a product you purchased. They can't suddenly disable a product I bought and ask for a monthly payment. It's a scam. I have CD's and DVD's and movies. They don't tell you after years you have to start paying for them monthly.
Pros:
nothing. the company has terrible ignorant customer service
Cons:
They will disable your software unless you pay a monthly fee
A unified package
Comments: It offers all the essential tools needed for creative professionals in one unified package. I appreciate the seamless integration between apps, regular updates, cloud storage, and the ability to collaborate easily across teams. The versatility of Creative Cloud allows designers, video editors, photographers, and marketers to work more efficiently.
Pros:
It is one of the more versatile suites for creative professionals. I have access to so many tools in one spot and they integrate really well together.
Cons:
Some of the programs are complex and take time to learn. There are so many tools and I feel like I will never learn how to use everything.
Great editing software!!
Comments: I would say that my overall experience has improved over the years and I am glad to have the program for my work.
Pros:
I love the connectivity of the various output points for the program and the high quality of the photo and video editing.
Cons:
My least favorite aspect is that of the lack of speed when downloading updates and firmware changes.
Adobe Creative Cloud Review
Comments: Great, I use and rely on it every single day at my work, I have used it since the start of high school and all throughout university, although I think it is overpriced it is a great product.
Pros:
I like the variety of programs it provides. There are so many apps for so many different uses, I use it for almost every creative venture I have: I draw and edit photos on photoshop, I animate on Adobe Animate and edit on premiere pro.
Cons:
The price is the worst part, I feel, even though it offers so much, the price is too much, especially when I was buying it as a student. It would be great as a one time purchase for each program, instead of a yearly/monthly fee for everything.
The Key to Adobe Apps Organization!
Pros:
Adobe Creative Cloud lets you download and control your Adobe subscription programs all in one place, making it easy to keep organized. You can also update the apps through the Creative Cloud and roll back to previous versions if needed.
Cons:
The only drawback is that the programs can be a bit on the pricey side.
Love the software hate the price.
Pros:
I love that all of the program are pretty easy to caught on to. Not much of a learning curvy when transferring from program to program. Drag and drop is really nice. My favorite Adobe softwares are Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
Cons:
I miss the days when you can just pay one time for the softwares you need. I dont use anything other than Adobe Premiere pro and photoshop so the other programs are kind of unnecessary for me to pay for. I am a college student so 19.99 is okay but changing the price to 39.99 after one year is kind of insane. Honestly if we could get the option to have a lower price for two programs a month I would do that. But I am canceling mine over the price. Too many new programs that still allow one time payment elsewhere.
Comprehensive and Versatile
Comments: My overall experience has been largely positive. The benefits and capabilities of Adobe Creative Cloud make it a valuable investment for anyone serious about their creative work.
Pros:
I appreciate that Adobe Creative Cloud has a comprehensive suite of tools that are updated frequently so I always have access to the latest technology for my creative needs.
Cons:
Some of the tools have a steep learning curve which can be daunting for me to navigate.
Alternatives Considered:
Still One of the Best
Pros:
I'm a designer so I primarily work out of Illustrator. I've been using this tool over 10 years now and it's still one the best tools for custom graphics. It seems more economical to just pay for the entire suite, but I honestly don't use all of the tools within it everyday. I periodically need to use other tools like Photoshop to make mockups, so for me it's worth it to just have the entire suite handy. There is a comprehensive library of resources available within Adobe so you can learn how to use each of the tools properly and of course you can pick up on different tricks and hacks on platforms like YouTube.
Cons:
Because most of the tools in the suite are primarily designed with trained professionals in mind there is a learning curve, so you have to be willing to invest time into learning how to properly use each of the tools. While Adobe is starting to offer more of the quick, easy-to-learn tools, the majority of the tools available in the suite require more in-depth training. So if you're not invested in developing a skill for the long-term, there are likely easier tools outside of creative cloud that you can use for whatever project you're working on.
