> **Pros**: Overall ease of use.  When there were any issues or we had questions, the team worked hard to resolve/answer them quickly.

> **Cons**: There are a couple of sections where I would have like to have an either/or situation - where families could either fill in information or upload an existing form and that wasn't possible.Also, the program was extremely affordable with little to no increase in cost for a few years and then it skyrocketed and will be out of our price range.

> Overall I have very much enjoyed working with the team at SchoolDocs.  They are patient, professional and responsive.

> **Pros**: The most impactful feature of this software was the the user “friendly-ness” for the families as well as the staff. We were still able to use our own school forms which made the transition seamless\! Also, the electronic signature feature saved families from having to print out forms and scan them back.

> **Cons**: There were a few things as we started using the program that we wanted to adjust. This process was easy\! There is not anything that wasn’t adjustable. So we have not found any ‘cons’ with the software.
> 
> Amazing\! We have the BEST SchoolDoc team. They have been responsive, informative and available. There hasn’t been a question they couldn’t answer or a request they couldn’t accommodate.
