> **Pros**: I liked how easy the Mitel phone system was to use. I could save favorites to appear on my home screen and call them with a click of a button. It was also easy to search the directory or access your voicemail.
> 
> **Cons**: It didn't have as many features as other systems. For example, my new system shows when I have a meeting scheduled on my calendar on the home screen. Mitel is very basic in what features it offers.
> 
> We used Mitel for 2 years, the length of our contract with them. We sometimes experienced outages but overall it worked for intercompany communication along with outside communication.
