Comments: Post-sandbox testing, Workday can update and release software. This sandbox environment allows me to try things out, observe what happens, and then fine-tune my procedures. Many issues are resolved because to Workday's ability to notify workers of pending tasks and make information about those tasks readily available to them.
Pros:
If you're familiar with the system and its customizations, you should be able to accomplish just about anything using Workday. I really like how workday can be used to both investigate past company procedures and improve current ones. After years of using ADP, I have concluded that Workday is the superior HR software.
Cons:
In my opinion, the time it takes to find and interview potential candidates is too long. While Workday's learning resources are excellent, I do wish they provided more configuration-specific instruction.
Workday HRM Gereat Tool for HR Tasks, but Could Be Faster.
Comments: Overall my experience with Workday has been great. It makes tracking payroll, time management, and benefits easier for managers and employees. Once you get used to it, it's a very helpful tool. I would like to see it get faster in the future, and maybe simplify the reports to be more readable by non HR professionals.
Pros:
The design is clean, and easy to use, making it easy to find what I need. I like the fact that I can perform tasks on my desktop or phone, this come in very handy when traveling. Features like tracking time off, viewing my pay stub, and managing my team are all in one spot saving me time.
Cons:
Sometimes the system is slow. Finding certain reports and understanding them can be cumbersome for me, because I'm not familiar with HR tools as a manager of people.

Really helpful and superior to have. I have no comparison with any other software. It is the best.
I’d recommend Workday
Comments: Overall it’s a fantastic tool for organizations, if they know how to configure it correctly. Each country is different and the system allows you to customize processes based on locations.
Pros:
Having all your HR related tasks in one system (time tracking, vacation tracing, performance, learning, employee files, payroll, etc) make it a one stop system for companies.
Cons:
The security access groups can make it challenging to understand where actions may be stuck. The rules make it challenging to make changes.
Workday for planning
Comments: I used it to clock in and out and to see my schedule forecast before hand allowing me to plan my personal life.
Pros:
I can access all my scheduling in one easy place

Some connectivity issues but nothing to unmanageable

Comments: CAN VIEW MY HOURS, PAYCHECKS... CAN VIEW MY PERSONNAL INFORMATION.IT KEEPS A RECORD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS, CERTICIFATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS.

VERY EASY TO USE. USE FOR MULTIPLE THINGS

NOTHING REALLY. IT CAN BE USED FOR ANYTHING

Easiest payroll ever used. Workday HCM is competitively priced which makes it perfect. Already working on my next projects with this software.

Moderately ranked software with every features required for a successful payroll journey.

Comments: Overall it's good. I like that there's an app as well, so it is easier to access if needed.
Pros:
It is easy to use, especially the clock-in and clock-out feature. You can find all the tax documents for previous years, which I think is great.
Cons:
Some features are not as easy to find. Took me a minute to find where to update direct deposit information.

HR system at its best
Comments: I love it because of the flexibility and ease at which you can navigate to the different parts of the app

It is very friendly and easy to use. It can even link you to other sites if the HR defines them. Its like a quick link to those other platforms. The amount of data stored on workday is huge for each staff. I can see my payroll so easily on workday HCM

I am not sure it is okay to see the salary of people working under you but workday allows this.

I can talk about the benefits of Workday HCM all day. It is very efficient and reliable tool. It has given us control over activities revolving around payroll, payroll audits and payroll calculations. Workday HCM is also very user-friendly and easy to use. One unique feature about Workday HCM is the urgency it treats my work with. It is quite fast and accurate.

Cheers to the good work Workday HCM. I am contented with what it offers. I cannot complain.
Workday Program Review - CSR Role
Comments: I used Workday on a weekly basis while at a Senior Customer Service Respresentative role. The interface was intuitive and it had notifications to elt me know when there was a completed lesson for the learning section. Never had any major issues signing up for or attending these lessons.
Pros:
Great learning classes for understanding day to day operations or specific lessons. It was super easy to learn with videos and powerpoints to handle a Senior CSR role.
Cons:
Nothing in particular stands out as an awful elemtn. Perhaps it could categoriuze more useful portions together like the lessons and less common sections like the birthdays in another area?

Comments: All records in one place and can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Well organized and collaborative customer support team.
Pros:
The major pillar is optimizing financial resources and plan for the future effectively. The support offered is unmatched giving personalized solutions for the entire business. Also, no surprises in pricing, it is quite transparent. It is a user friendly system which has made payroll processing easier.
Cons:
Editing should be improved. It is difficult to go back to already saved data and edit them.

Comments: Overall, I'm new with using workday but my overall experience is high expectations for the future. All sites and apps need something and everything eventually falls into place. Few minor flaws but overall I'm finding my way

The things that I like about workday are the feature-rich dashboard and an integrated platform that provides management of applications, posting of jobs, and workforce management including payroll and leaves.

Initial learning curve can be made simpler for non-power users

Comments: A great everyday tool which ticks all the boxes a business could need. A well thought out system.
Pros:
The system is very intuitive and the navigation and simplicity is second to none. It has been a very good everyday system to use the graphical user interface is spot on for the purpose it's intended for.
Cons:
Sometimes the online access can let down the system. In a digital age more work should be put into a more portable and stable version of the app.

I like the minimalistic and clean display of the tool. I'm able to easily find and review what I need when needed.
Cons:
I don't as much the workday app, as is not able to display all the information like in the PC version.

Comments: Generally the experience with Workday HCM has been so beneficial to the entire organization both the employees and to the performance of our organization. It allows us to have well managed and orchestrated workforce which leads to us getting optimum results from all our work especially matters community awareness and development.
Pros:
A valuable aspect about Workday HCM that we have really benefited from is how flexible it is as this allowed us to set it up in way that it perfectly matched with our nature of work. It allows us to get more productive results from individuals by aligning someones capabilities with the right kind of work roles. It has very reliable insights about workers which makes it easy to offer excellent work conditions which benefits both the company and the employee.
Cons:
Despite Workday HCM being such an important product for managing workforce, all this comes at a cost. Also the user interface could be improved to get more intuitive.
