> **Pros**: Decision Logic has been a great partner and not only do we use them for back office software but we use them for our network security as well.  Good to have one place for both needs.

> **Cons**: Sometimes we have difficulty with reporting.  They offer custom reports, but they aren't really custom.  Would like to have ability to access all recorded data for export.

> Overall our experience with Decision Logic has been great.  They are a partner to our company and have very good technical assistance as well.
