We are able to provide applications to our customers that are better and more stable than the shareware software running out there... Support for the telephony and the application development side has always been there for us...

While this might be an easy task for a company that has one or two applications deployed... Becomes much more difficult when you have 100's of sites to update and maintain... Fortunately it looks like that is slowing down with Version 10...

> We have been in the telecom software business for 30 years. We have implemented VBVoice since back in the VB6 days and continue with our .NET development team. We have deployed hundreds of custom and reusable IVR, outcall, or even voicemail applications over the years with great success.
