Dynamics teams has been responsive and they are currently working with us to improve performance times.  &#10;Implementation time was a little longer than anticipated.

> **Pros**: The transition to this software was very easy. The team was prepared to transition us and knew exactly what information we needed. The most challenging part of the transition, was actually simplifying our original product. Dynamics helped us take our original complex billing structure, and simplify it to a much more user friendly version. We went from using 15 types of ways of doing 1 thing, to now having 1 way of doing 1 things, which makes setting up a new property very very easy\! By far, the simplicity of setting up a new property is my favorite thing about this product.

> **Cons**: When getting to know a new product, there are always challenges in learning how things work and where things are. After learning the map of this product, finding what you need is fairly simple. The User Guide is a big help in navigating the system and/or customer service is fantastic if you need help navigating the system.

> Overall, our experience with Dynamics Billing has been wonderful\! The customer service is fantastic and has been truly incredible during our transition. Now that we've been successfully up and running for 6 months, we are pleased with how well were able to function on our own and not rely on the company to keep us running. Our previous system made it very difficult to learn how to be independent. In Dynamics, they strive to have all users and companies be as independent as possible, which is nice because they teach you everything you need to know\!
