K option to add item to bill without sending to kitchen comes in handy

> Good customer support, it is easy to get in touch with someone. Reasonably priced monthly support fee. There should be a smartphone app that allows viewing reports, sales, employee hours, etc.

> **Cons**: Customer service is horrible. They were rude and condescending at every turn. We have been closed over 7 months and they are holding our sales \#s hostage. I have reached out over ten times with no success in retrieving what is owed to me. Now that they arent getting my over $300/month I am no longer their concern. Absolutely ridiculous.
