> **Pros**: The hrMecca platform is flexible and easy to customize.  Our company has a number of robust database applications implemented on the platform including a feature-rich highly customized union contract cost modeler.  The implementations have gone very smoothly, especially considering the complexity of the applications.  Ongoing support is very responsive and reasonably priced.

> **Cons**: No cons to speak of, the product and product support has exceeded our expectations. hrMecca is a true business partner.
> 
> The overall application and support compares favorably to larger, higher-priced vendors.  I would recommend hrMecca without reservation and will continue to use the platform for future applications.
