> **Pros**: Web based product so very quick and no backups. Has all the features that you need. After the hand over  training the support has been excellent they have been happy to help with report writing and the finer details of operating the system that are imposable to pick up  during implementation training. there have been going upgrades at no cost. The system is easy to use with everything in one place. After about eight week all operators we very confident  with the system and no real complaints

> **Cons**: So much manual input and is absolutely useless

> Every step is 15 times longer than anything previousy used. So much manual input needed that it is useless.
 Said have payroll, nope lying.  Try looking up any detail that was simple before, now can't or so long winded finding reports to find any detail. First week of test mode instruction useless, nothing loaded and won't work. Next week try to do work and need access and tutor needs to ring womeone to find a way to do it. Nearly a month into it and our company is floundering and staff is all stressed to max and so far behind it is criminal.
