> **Pros**: This software has been a great alternative to expensive software for the same purpose. I have used it for flowcharts for programs and more recently to present relational database schemas. I like that this tools gives me the shapes and connectors that are representative of standards used to present these diagrams. Editing both connector types and text entered is easy to do. The simplicity of the software  makes it run well on my computer. I also like you can create a DIA file that can later be edited and save your diagrams in various  graphic formats.

> **Cons**: The only downside is that it is not as visually appealing as other tools. I would say these diagrams would work great for personal or internal purposes, but they may not be something you would want to use to present a diagram to external clients.

> **Pros**: From a professional perspective I liked how much this software connects the hospital to clients and empowers them to know their pet's medical history and be proactive about their health. As a client I like having access to so much information on my pet at any time as well as access to the hospital.

> **Cons**: Occasional email issues but nothing that wasn't easily sorted out with customer service. You may have to wait a bit during peak hours but only rarely and they are very helpful.
> 
> Ease of use and a strong connection between clients and service providers.
