We've been using it for more than a year now and are still only using about half of it's features. It's easy to use, is entirely web-based so we can manage our business from our live event locations, and has systems for every department in our organization allowing our company to be managed more efficiently than ever before. We were able to import our data from three different data sources and now use only Signup Systems. Our customer service has been improved dramatically because all our customer purchase history, payment history, and attendance records for past and upcoming courses are in a single place. They also have a feature we didn't find anywhere else which allows us to automatically send attendee emails to our registrants using a sequences of emails that count down to our event start dates. No-show rates are reduced, customers show up well informed and on-time, and once we set up the sequence everything happens automatically. > > **Cons**: They don't have an accommodation management system yet. Many of our events are residential so we have to account for room sharing separately. We were handling this prior to using Signup Systems anyway so it was not a major issue, but it would certainly be nice if they built this feature. Also, they have many public website features such as online attendee registration, event calendars, a shopping cart that sells products and events, and signup form systems with auto-responders, but some HTML integration is required. > > Many of the solutions we looked at before Signup Systems, such as InfusionSoft, were based on existing e-commerce or CRM packages which then had event-modules added on, and were not truly event management solutions at their core. Then one day I learned about Signup Systems from a friend and I arranged a demo. By the end of the demo I was so excited\! Signup Systems addressed every key area of our business and even illuminated for me vital aspects of our business that we hadn't even considered yet.
