> **Pros**: It's simple to use and yet very accurate, user friendly and easy to train new staff as well. I like the fact it's web-based which makes a lot easier for managers to manage their staff from anywhere.

> **Cons**: I would like to see more reports added. It does not do the proper calculation when an employee is terminated, I have to do it manually. While changes are available immediately on the program, but delivery of emails indicating changes are little slower.
