> **Pros**: UltraCart integrates with HubSpot, which means it is easy for us to fulfill on purchases via our onboarding campaigns. I like that you can override billing in the backend to make changes to existing payment schedules. I also appreciate the storefront features and tailored invoices.

> **Cons**: UC is not at all intuitive, in my experience. It takes a while to get the hang of it, and training others on UC has been an intensive process. I don't like that I can't do everything from the AutoOrder page that I can do from the Order Management page. I also don't like that I can't automatically run a charge without "scheduling" it. For example, if a card declines and my customer says "run it again," that is not an option I easily have. There have also been a few problems with UC rejecting overrides I have made in the backend, meaning my customers are charged the wrong amount. And conversations with customer service have been fruitless, when they're not unresponsive.

> **Pros**: After experiencing a considerable drop in sale at the beginning of 2018, we needed a more price effective ecommerce platform than Limelight, the current CRM we were using at the time. We stumbled upon Ultracart and immedately started using it, first, on one of our stores, and as soon as we saw its integration capability at a fraction of a cost, we love it\! However, the feature that really sold us was the multicurrency feature. We currently cater to 9 currencies on our top-selling site.

> **Cons**: The only cons I would mention are 1. the dashboard isn't that robust, and 2. the reporting isn't that customizable. But hey, if you're looking for price and value, I would recommend Ultracart.

> **Pros**: We have 3 order sources, 2 websites and Amazon. This program allows for easy consolidation of orders to download into our CRM and order processing program.  Easily allows to edit permissions of different users.

> **Cons**: Timing has to be very precise to import tracking and shipping info. Can easily be missed. Otherwise program works very well.

> Having worked with companies that did not use a program like this, this program makes order processing run smoothly and easily.

> **Pros**: Ultracart was easy to configure with our Hubspot CRM. It's also pretty powerful, with multi-payment plans and zero dollar items. I can quickly filter items that my customers buy, and the automated receipts/payments is fantastic. 

I also want to comment that it's really affordable as well. There are competitor software that's more visually easy to navigate, but takes a much more significant cut out of your sales. Ultracart's fees are much more reasonable.

> **Cons**: It's a bit overwhelming. It took me a long time before I finally understood how to best use Ultracart. There's a lot of features, but it's not easily understood without really digging into the documentation.
