Overall, this platform has been the backbone of my department with creating a positive digital impression of how our team presents packages to potential clients. Being a part of a digital marketing firm, having our best foot forward digitally has increased our authority in our market.
Pros:
I enjoy the ability to create templates and streamline my proposals. Having a built out system to continually turn around proposals efficiently has helped me win more deals.
Cons:
Sometimes the formatting of terms and conditions and table building for pricing can be a bit glitchy when copy & pasting new terminology or updating pricing.

Pros:
I do like that you can tell a story in the presentation of the proposal.
Cons:
It takes a lot to set up the presentation pages to make it look good and helpful.

Overall, I am happy with Proposify. The customer service makes a HUGE difference. And our contact, [sensitive content hidden], goes above and beyond to help us. If it were not for the amazing customer service, we would not have renewed our contract.
Pros:
I like how user-friendly it is. It's easy to pick up and learn how to use it. This makes it easier for some of our less tech-savvy colleagues.
Cons:
Copying and pasting from Word into Proposify. Most of our account reps work on their own financial documents in Microsoft Word. When they copy and paste it into Proposify, it looks terrible. Extra spaces added, and bullet points don't transfer. It's a headache to go back and clean up. This discourages my colleagues from using Proposify.

We've had a great experience with Proposify. I recommend it to fellow marketers as a way to streamline their proposal process.
Pros:
It's easy to use and saves time on the creation of my proposals.
Cons:
There are some features I wish it had, but the UX reaches out several times a year to discuss how the user experience is.

Great product from great people - we’ve used Proposify for 3 years and it’s been great!
Pros:
Easy to use, great starter templates and easy to customize.
Cons:
Sometimes deliverability is tricky - I always recommend sending a separate followup email with the link
