What I like best about Acuity Scheduling is how it simplifies the process of setting appointments by eliminating the need for constant email exchanges. In this case, I just need to share my link with external clients who then pick a time most convenient for me while still considering their own time zone. The tool is perfect for international meetings due to its time zone conversion feature. I also appreciate the custom forms that notify me of my stakeholders’ project-related requirements and agendas. > > **Cons**: As it is predominantly a scheduling tool, the cooperation with advanced project management and task-tracking software is limited to a certain extent, and the setup process of availability rules for panel meetings can appear complicated at times. > > My overall experience has been positive, because it saves me hours of administrative time per week.
